1.The following account types and stylings are excluded from participation in the Amegy Premier Business Relationship Package: Estate Accounts, Trust Accounts (except Totten/POD Trust), Investment Accounts, Brokerage Accounts, Brokered Accounts, Government Entities, Non-Profit Entities, Correspondent Banking Accounts and Treasury Management/Cash Management Accounts including but not limited to analyzed checking, cash disbursement and ZBAs. 2. Amegy Premier Business Relationship Package Maintenance Fee. In the event the Amegy Premier Business Relationship Package balance requirements are not met, a monthly maintenance fee of $25.00 will be charged to the primary business checking account in the relationship. When an account is linked in the package, any existing balance requirements or monthly maintenance fees on the specific account no longer apply. 3. The bonus rate will only be paid if the Amegy Premier Business Relationship Package requirements are met. The bonus rate will be added to the current rate and will be paid when interest is normally paid on the account(s). Existing business CDs are not eligible for the bonus rate until the next renewal period. If the bonus rate is deducted from a business CD in the middle of the term because the Amegy Premier Business Relationship Package requirements have not been met, the bonus rate will not be reinstated until the next renewal period. A bonus rate will not be paid on personal deposit accounts. 4. Only applies to check orders placed through Amegy Bank’s check vendor. Credit can be applied to checks, deposits slips and/or endorsement stamps. Only applies to check orders on the primary business checking account. 5. The Business Online Banking Plus Package (Tier 1) allows up to 500 free transactions. Each additional transaction will incur a $0.25 transaction fee. 6. The annual fee will only be waived for one Amegy Bank Visa Business Credit Card. 7. Subject to approval.
In the event, any of requirements or rules related to the Amegy Premier Business Relationship Package are not met all package benefits will be forfeited. At any given time an account can only be enrolled in one Amegy Bank relationship package. Monthly statements will be sent on the last business day of the month for each account enrolled in the Amegy Premier Business Relationship Package. You may receive two statements in the first month after enrollment as account(s) may require a statement cycle change. The Amegy Premier Business Relationship Package allows you to enroll and link related accounts in which you have direct ownership in order to qualify for relationship benefits. By requesting that we enroll and link your accounts (including any personal accounts) in the Amegy Premier Business Relationship Package, you acknowledge and permit your linked account information (including any personal accounts) to be shared with the authorized signers on the business accounts in order to answer questions or reconcile package benefits and qualifications. You hereby release, acquit, and forever discharge Amegy, its affiliates, successors and assigns, and the respective agents, representatives, employees, and directors of each of them, and all persons natural or corporate in privity with them, or any of them (“the Released Parties”), from any and all claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever, at law, statutory or otherwise, which you have, or might have, known or unknown, now existing, or that might arise hereafter, arising from, or related to, future losses sustained resulting from the linking of the accounts and the release of private banking information to the authorized signers on the business account. You further agree it is intended by this instrument for you to release all claims of any kind that you might have against those hereby released, whether or not any such claims have heretofore been asserted against the parties released.
